It's only Natural to ask questions about anything new, below is some of the questions we get asked frequently. for anything else have a chat with one of our friendly hosts.
Q: "I'VE NEVER BEEN TO ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE IN MY LIFE? WILL I FIT IN? I'M PRETTY NERVOUS TO BE HONEST!"
A: You're not alone! The majority of our guests still get pre-visit "butterflies" which is usually a mix of excitement and pure nerves.
everyone is feeling exactly the same. From the get-go, you'll be greeted by our friendly hosts, who will show you around if you'd like, explain all of the amazing facilities ME1 Sauna and Steam has to offer. You don't have to be an extrovert, socialite either! there's plenty of spaces around the venue where you can, sit back, relax and take time to get a feel for things (no pun intended!)
Q: "I HAVEN'T GOT A THING TO WEAR"!
A: To be honest, that's perfect! BI-MONTHLY is held in kent's ultimate Sauna and Steam Venue, so clothing isn't necessary, you'll get a fluffy towel to pop round yourself (and a locker and wristband) and you're pretty much ready for the perfect evening.
Some guests like to "dress to impress" some prefer "less" attire.
Q: "IT'S PROBABLY REALLY "CLICKY" AND EVERYONE KNOWS EACH OTHER"
A: Friendly,yes! Clicky, No!, BI-MONTHLY has always taken pride to be the best venue in terms of people, facilities and overall attitude. BIMONTHLY operates a strict
"no means no!" policy and if, at anytime this boundary has been exploited at any time , our staff team are always on hand to put things right!
SO? WHY BI MONTHLY? WHAT'S THAT ALL ABOUT?
BI-MONTHLY is a chance to explore your "Bi-Side" twice a month at the Southeast's number one venue,
ME1 SAUNA AND STEAM. BI-MONTHLY is a social event for likeminded guests, where you can relax, unwind and engage with other in the amazing facilities that ME1 SAUNA & STEAM has to offer!
BI-MONTHLY was born from guest feedback on other similar events and the frustrations they caused. Other venues charged ridiculous entry fees, there were great lists of "can and can't do's", facilities were often poorly managed and Guests tended to "Stick to their own groups". BI-MONTHLY has turned that concept upside down and has created something, pretty special.
First and foremost, BI-MONTHLY is NOT a "Swingers" event. Put simply its a chance to get to know others with the same interests in a relaxed, chilled safe space. It's not a "Club" environment, so the initial awkwardness of getting to know someone over a pint has already been stripped back. The event is geared towards Bisexual Men, Women and Couples, so there really isn't any grey areas for what an individual may like.
We're really proud of what has been achieved since we opened in 2018.
